12 kilometres / 550 metres in altitude

Start is at the market square in Lam. From here, the route climbs steeply uphill towards the "Panoramaweg" and continues along the narrow trails up to the "Bergkircherl". A crisp downhill leads back down to the "Panoramaweg". This is followed by a short section on a slightly ascending gravel road before the route climbs steeply and stony to the "Sattel" (hikers' car park). Once at the top, the route joins the long-distance route via the trail classics "Tromsö" and "Holy Trail" back to the finish at the market square in Lam.
