The following equipment is mandatory during the entire competition:

• Drinking containers for at least 1 litre (no drinking cups at the refreshment points)
• Emergency equipment (first aid kit with plaster, wound dressing, gauze bandage, rescue blanket)
• Mobile phone with saved emergency number (to be announced)

In bad or cold weather, we strongly recommend that you bring a wind/rain jacket and other protective clothing (headgear, gloves, long running trousers, etc.) and rely on personal responsibility. The carrying of mandatory equipment during the competition can be checked by the organizer on a bullet point basis before the start, on the course or at the finish. Failure to carry the mandatory equipment will be punished with time penalties or disqualification.

• König vom Bayerwald, 54k: 4 refreshment stations + 1 water point at the Chamer Hütte (self-service at the fountain)
• Osser-Riese, 24k: 2 aid stations
• Rookie-Trail: 1 aid station
